I am a mortgage broker, that's another form of unemployment. Still I keep up with the market and trends . . . Call it a hobby, certainly don't make a living at it any longer. Now, we help people who are in trouble with their mortgages. There’s a whole lot more of them than there people who need home loans. I have a network of experts that I refer folks who need help to with confidence that they are getting the very best help possible.

I contribute to the community in a variety of ways that I also explore within. A number of different organizations find me on their Boards, serving others.

I have a fantastic greeting card business that everybody should know about. It's a growing and thriving enterprise.  I use this service to enhance and improve my business and social contacts. Nobody has ever complained to me that I am staying in touch with them too much. This is both a fun and purposeful endeavor.
